Kanom jeen nam ngiaw at Pha Sook restaurant: Chiang Rai, Thailand

Kanom jeen nam ngiaw is a famous dish that you have to try if you are in the north of Thailand. Kanom jeen is fermented rice noodle. Ngiaw is a flower name that is the main ingredient in this bowl. Nam means water that refers to soup. We had it at Pha Sook restaurant, which was a famous place for Kanom jeen nam ngiaw. It was very good. I like it a lot.
