Nezu museum in Tokyo

We found this place by the accident. Nezu museum was very small place. No picture allowed inside the exhibition room. They had a nice collection of many old pieces.

There was a nice garden outside the building. Octagonal shaped lantern in the picture is a copy of the one placed in front of Buddha Hall at Todai-ji, Nara, created in the 8th century.

This Buddha was my favorite piece. He was very beautiful and white. The shadow behind him was very interesting.
